Yep, that's right, today is my Birthday! And it was very exciting than last year's indeed!

On Saturday, my sister and I went to see WALL*E at the new Cinemark theater in Pearland. It was a very awesome and sweet movie indeed. This shows that you don't need catchphrases or A-List names to have a good movie. Plus the "pitch-in-to-save-the-world" message is not scary at all, it's overshadowed by robot love. The short, "Presto" was REALLY FUNNY as well! All and all, another Pixar great, it already knocked out The Incredibles from my list of Pixar films. 10/10.


Then on the big day, we went to Benihana for Lunch. I had the Benihana Delight (grilled chicken and shrimp) for my lunch. After that, the restaurant crew did a little celebration for my special day by placing a candle to blow out and handed me my ice cream (the ice cream came with the entree.) Then, we went to Target and I got The Pixar Shorts Collection.

Now I got the following for my Birthday:

-$20 from my psychologist

-Mario Kart Wii (bought with my sister's help)

-Going to see WALL*E yesterday

-And The Pixar Shorts Collection

And, we had a Cars-themed Marble (chocolate and vanilla mix) cake as well!

All and all, I had a wonderful Birthday!

That's right, my Birthday is 6 days away, I can't wait for this big day indeed!

Anyway, this past Sunday, I got Mario Kart Wii for my Wii as an early birthday gift when my sister and I combined money to buy it. I was lucky to find a copy, because everywhere else (even at my brother's GameStop where he works at) were sold out! We got the last copy also. It was hard to control with the Wii Wheel, but I can master the game with the GameCube Controller. It's very fun indeed, so far I unlocked King Boo.

Yes, June is here yet again. Which means Summer Vacation and relaxation.

But June is also marks one thing-

MY BIRTHDAY! That's right, my birthday is coming on June 29th, which is this time on a Sunday and on a opening weekend of another Pixar movie, Wall-E (Last year, Ratatouille came on exactly on my Birthday, as well as the iPhone.) This year, I will become 23 years old.

Also in other news, I got an iPod Classic back in April, and I have been enjoying it since. I haven't been updating my account because I was busy with real life, including preparing to go to Community College (Houston Community College) sometime in the fall. I am also busy writing a fic at IDreamOfJimmy, a Jimmy Neutron Fansite.

IT'S FINALLY HERE! Super Smash Bros.Brawl is here! I got my copy at Midnight this past weekend, and I had a blast with it! I managed to beat The Subspace Emissary in about 2 days (Sunday and Monday), and I got 33 of the hidden characters (its easier to gain hidden characters in the adventure mode than to fight them regularly.

Overall, it outdid SBBM in general. Hats off to Nintendo for releasing a excelent video game that's worth the wait and money.

I am in complete shock....

So I found out that Nintendo delayed Brawl. Its no big deal. I know you people want to play it so bad, I do too, but it takes time for these games to be developed, and they needed more time to the Wi-Fi and addtions of new features and characters such as Captain Olimar (from Pikmin) and such. You can't rush games that are highly antcipated, look what happend to Atari with the 2600 port of Pac-Man and the ET game! Those two were rushed because of the Christmas season and they were unfinished. While other companies did not learn from that mistake, Nintendo did, so I thought it was a good decision not to rush Brawl in.


Any thoughts?
